1. Sign into your SNO account below or create a new account. Once you are signed in, click Register Myself.
2. Select the correct registration category based on your SNO or ASCO membership
3. Select from the optional Program Items
4. Once you have finalized your selections, click Proceed to Checkout. You will be forwarded to our shopping cart to pay and finalize your registration.
Please Note: You will not be registered for the event until you complete steps 1-4 as listed above.
