POSTER INSTRUCTIONS: Posters can be no larger than 48" x 48" (121cm x 121cm). Presenters will have one half of a standard North American poster board to work with. There are no other formatting restrictions.

**Deadlines

The Pre-registration deadline for lowest registration rates is October 15.

The online registration deadline is November 9. Online registrations cannot be accepted after November 9. You will be required to register on on-site, and on-site surcharges will apply.

CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing no later than November 1; registration fees will be refunded less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations received after November 1 cannot be refunded, but the meeting registration can be transferred to another person with written authorization.
