SNO Mourns the Loss of Christina Meyers

We are saddened to report to the SNO membership that our friend and colleague, Christina (Chris) Meyers, PhD, died on Friday December 18, 2015 after a relatively short illness.  She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Raymond Budde and her daughters, Lauren Meyers and Jackie Budde.  Chris requested that there be no memorial service nor contributions to an organization.

Chris was a graduate of the Clinical Neuropsychology Program at the University of Houston and for decades a proud supporter of graduate students while heading up Neuropsychology in the Department of Neuro-Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She was a leading expert of the effects of cancer on the brain and cognition of cancer patients.
