Traditional Poster Guidelines/Information:
Both poster sessions will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - Ballroom B. Posters may be mounted as early as 7:00am on the assigned presentation day and must be removed at the end of the session. All posters not removed that evening will be discarded. Posters must fit within an area no larger than 45” x 45” (115 cm x 115 cm) and can be attached with pushpins (supplied onsite) or with Velcro.
All poster presenters are required to submit an electronic version of their poster as well. Attendees will be able to view the e-posters during the meeting at kiosks located in various locations throughout the meeting space, searchable by poster number, title, category, or presenting author.
