Claim CME and download your certificate through the SNO mobile app or via the online link!
Now through December 31, 2018

Options for downloading the APP:
1. Apple iOS Devices  - install the free Apple iOS App and download to your device
2. Android Devices - install the free Google Play App and download to your device

Install the free 'SNO Annual Meeting' app and then open it and search for ‘SNO 2018’.   You will be prompted to log in with your registration username and password.

Laptop Users: Log in with your registration user name and password: https://www.eventscribe.com/2018/SNO

To claim CME:
For App users, scroll to the "Evaluation" section and follow the prompts to evaluate each session you attended. Once you have completed the tasks, you will be able to download your CME or attendance certificate.

For laptop users, select the "Review Claimed CME Contact Hours" at the left side of the home page. Follow the prompts to complete each task by evaluating the sessions you attended, claiming your hours, and downloading your certificate(s).
