SNO/ASCO CNS Cancer Conference Registration Instructions

1. Sign into your SNO account below or create a new account. Once you are signed in, click Register Myself.
2. Select the correct registration category based on your SNO or ASCO membership:
- Full Member Registration: SNO Full Member, SNO Emeritus Member, ASCO Full Member, ASCO Allied Physician/Doctoral Scientist, ASCO Full Early Career Member, ASCO Honorary Member
- Trainee Member Registration: SNO Trainee Member, SNO Student Member, SNO International Outreach Member, ASCO Emeritus Member, ASCO International Corresponding, ASCO Member-in-Training, ASCO Student/Non-Oncology Resident Patient Advocate International Outreach
- Allied Health: SNO Allied Health Member, Lapsed SNO Student/Trainee Member, Non-member Students/Trainees, ASCO Affiliated Health Professional, ASCO Advanced Practice Provider, ASCO Patient Advocate, ASCO Practice Administrator, Allied Health Professionals
- Non-Member Registration: Lapsed or Non-Members of SNO and ASCO

3. Select from the optional Program items
4. Once you have finalized your selections, click Proceed to Checkout. You will be forwarded to our shopping cart to pay and finalize your registration.  

Please Note: You will not be registered for the event until you complete steps 1-4 as listed above.
