MAIN SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
The Scientific Meeting will take place Friday, November 16 - Sunday, November 18.  
Scientific Program Chairs: Daphne Haas-Kogan, MD, Frank Furnari, PhD, and Vinay Puduvalli, MD

This year’s scientific meeting will highlight the many aspects of Clinical Trials that are crucial in providing the highest quality of care to the Neuro-Oncology patient.

Keynote presentations: 

  • Timothy Cloughesy: Novel clinical trial design, the next generation of GBM trials
  • William Kaelin: Incorporating good science into clinical trials and effectively performing research
  • Maryam Fouladi: Pediatric clinical trials and translational research
  • John Sampson: Challenges for immunotherapy research

This year additional sunrise sessions and luncheon tutorials have been added that include new and upcoming topics of interest such as sex differences in brain tumors, radiomics, synthetic lethality, women’s issues in brain tumors, targeted therapies in neurofibromatosis and more.


EDUCATION DAY
The Education Day will take place on Thursday, November 15.

3rd CNS ANTICANCER DRUG DISCOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
The 3rd CNS Anticancer Drug Discovery and Development Conference will be held November 14-15, 2018, immediately preceding the SNO Annual Meeting.

NEURO-ONCOLOGY REVIEW COURSE

Back for a 5th consecutive year, the Neuro-Oncology Review Course will be held Wednesday, November 14.

GALA DINNER
